With over 15 years of experience in Customer Service leadership, Eric has developed a strength in developing efficient, innovative, and technical customer-centric solutions. His Customer Service skillset is versatile, having held leadership positions in Customer Support, Customer Success, Software Implementation, Professional Services, and Account Management teams in his career to date.
Since joining the PerfectMind leadership team in early 2021, he has been focused on building incremental improvements which will further advance company performance at scale and delight customers. Using his strong communication skills, Eric can guide cross-departmental teams to analyze, develop and implement these changes with the customer’s experience in mind.
As an experienced ‘people first’ leader, he can build strong relationships to coach, train, and support developing the critical skills required of an Enterprise-grade Customer Service department.
