Winter '20 (v6.0) Hotfix - February 28, 2020

Hotfixes were applied to all LA & BETA environments to resolve the following issues:

- Facility contract reversing future tax and AR on current date instead of future

- Tax receipt Hours not correct custom booking

- Transaction created, but error moving to confirmation page

- Tax Receipts Total for 2019 differs to net amount of eligible payments
