Winter '20 (v6.0) Hotfix - March 11, 2020 (Environments: GA)

Hotfixes were applied to all GA environments to resolve the following issues:

 

  • Accounting - Purchasing account credits uses the wrong reference when creating GLs
  • Accounting - Incorrect split GL allocation for facility booking with $0 fee and apply multiple discount including 100% discount
  • Accounting - Migrated Membership missing journal postings for recognizing Revenue
  • Accounting - GL Income too high
  • Accounting - Rename fields and sections on "Accounting Setting" Page
  • Accounting - Journals imbalance on refund online course with prorate amount
  • Billing - Void Credit Card Refund void original sale, not Void Credit Card Refund
  • Billing - Unable to update saved Credit Card that was saved through Pin-pad
  • Billing - Getting error when attempting to pay for event after changing fee price at checkout
  • Billing - Increase the annual membership fees to all accounts each year for each type of membership.
  • Billing - Unable to Open Receipt in Invoice App
  • Billing - Unable to Print / Email Receipt on POS
  • Billing - Unable to Process an Invoice
  • Calendar - Event does not show listed under respective Facility
  • Calendar - Clients incorrectly listed having paid $0 for event due to amend feature
  • Calendar - Timeout error when running the Even Roster by Series report
  • Calendar - Unable to change facility for a session
  • Calendar - Widget doesn't load events
  • Calendar - Registration Form prompt appearing when none attached
  • Calendar - When clicked on full screen icon self check in stops working
  • Calendar - Event 00003091 gets an error when attempting to change repeat pattern to never
  • Calendar - Email addresses do not stick when selecting email template
  • Calendar - Unable to withdrawal from a course online
  • Calendar - Scheduled Action > Amendment Detail Button Does not do anything
  • Calendar - Payment plan clones appears in the list while online summer school/childcare event booking
  • Calendar - Error when trying to register a specific client
  • Calendar - Tax credit qualified event showing as zero dollars on tax receipt-New
  • Calendar - UI issue on Activity Attendance sheet - monthly report
  • CRM - GIS not pulling correct residency
  • CRM - Submit button hides behind Captcha on Quick Registration Form
  • Events - "Activity Attendance Sheet - Daily" sorting by last name instead or first name then last
  • Events - Unable to perform a refund to the client
  • Events - Activity registration summary report not displaying registration numbers
  • Events - Event ID: 00002701 shows capacity as 0/1 on Advanced Reservation Calendar
  • Facility & Space - Contrast issue with 'filter result by' message
  • Facility & Space - Maintenance report shows the client name under event name column incorrectly
  • Facility & Space - Questionnaire Not copied to Event from Service on creating Event via Quick Entry
  • Facility & Space - Past amendment data showing on facility booking report
  • Facility & Space - Unable to view contracts over 9999 when sorted by descending on facility contract list page
  • Facility & Space - Cancelled contract FA-1405, shows as a conflict for new reservations.
  • Facility & Space - Facility Booking report not showing correct amount for "Contract Extras"
  • Facility & Space - Facility booking contract extras report does not display results for FA-0292
  • Facility & Space - Facility Booking Report incorrect data
  • Facility & Space - Usability - Operational hours, invalid end times are select-able
  • Facility & Space - Unable to open contract contract FA-0460
  • Facility & Space - Issues with the questionnaire on facility contract
  • Facility & Space - Facility Booking Report Fees incorrect total
  • Facility & Space - Questionnaires not saving
  • Facility & Space - Event ID: 00002698 does not show as booked on Advanced Reservation Calendar
  • Facility & Space - Maintenance Report is not saving specific filter selections when save filtration is enabled.
  • Facility & Spac - Widget filter with skip availability check off filters calendars by location incorrectly
  • Integration - Fix User Not Found error for API methods for new users
  • Marketing - Selecting 'consent emails' on client profile is not extending Opt-in End date accordingly
  • Marketing - Member side automatic wait-list email hierarchy not correct
  • Online Community - Table layouts used for online layouts
  • Online Community - Book me search page is not showing service name column
  • Online Community - Performance issue on BookMe4EventParticipantsController/Index
  • Payment - Missing GL Journals if log is too large
  • Store - Extra fee not automatically added on member side
  • Store - Rename "Done" to be "Add to cart" to be more clear on the actions of the buttons
  • Store - Receipts printing incorrectly
  • Store - Error on purchasing Multiple Membership has same amount for Down Payment and Membership Fee
  • Store - Ok button on Till Adjustment popup not enables until clicking outside after adding comments
  • Store - When adding an event to the cart via Pay to Register, don’t display the option to pick a payment plan when there is no plan to pick
