Hotfixes were applied to all LA & BETA environments to resolve the following issues:

• Accounting - Event booking at location with deferral options creates cart item of def option 0
• Accounting - G422950 Oak Bay - GL Service return error when building deferred revenue for event which have free occurrences ver.5.2.2
• Accounting - 100% cancellation fee on contract incorrectly reverses payment and revenue contract level sd
• Calendar - Not creating attendance records with Make-up class enabled
• Calendar - Pay to register keeps looping at attendee selection when enrolling into single booking events
• Calendar - Unable to charge Attendees for Events
